North Brooklyn NYPD Chief Richie Taylor BUSTED for Theft

North Brooklyn NYPD Chief Richie Taylor of the Community Affairs Bureau, Community Outreach Division was demoted and transferred after agreeing to pay back tens of thousands of dollars of dollars for time fraudulently claimed.

The 20-year veteran Taylor salary has averaged $275,000 the past two years.

He will now work in the Criminal Justice Bureau, after negotiating a deal which would allow for repayment of time.

Additionally Taylor is now placed on dismissal probation, indicating termination for any future offenses.
